Features
This machine utilizes cam transmission, automatic mold adjustment, no need to replace scraping blades or bubble pressing plates. It integrates the processes of edge wrapping, folding-in, and bubble pressing for rigid box production. The servo cam system drives the helical gear and cam to perform synchronized movements, ensuring stability, smooth operation, and high precision. Designed with intelligence, efficiency, and scientific innovation in mind.
Servo Cam Transmission: Equipped with a servo motor driving the cam through a planetary reducer, enabling precise and stable edge wrapping and folding-in of rigid boxes. The system ensures smooth operation and long service life.
Automatic Mold Adjustment: By inputting the length, width, height of the box, and mold height, the machine automatically adjusts the forming positions and locks them in place during production. No manual intervention is needed, making the operation simple and user-friendly.
No Need to Replace Bubble Pressing Plate and Scraping Blades: The machine is pre-installed with fixed-length bubble pressing plates and folding knives, allowing it to accommodate various box sizes without the need for replacement or disassembly. This significantly reduces setup time and costs.
Storage & Memory Function: Once a box size has been produced, the system automatically saves the production parameters without limitation. When reproducing the same box, the operator only needs to recall the saved settings, eliminating the need for reconfiguration and achieving true AI-based automation.
Multi-Stage Bubble Pressing: With a pressure of 400 kg per side, the machine can perform 1-2 bubble pressing operations on the front, back, left, and right sides, ensuring a perfectly smooth and bubble-free box surface.
